충남 서산시는 오는 12일 오전 11시부터 오후 5시까지 서산해미읍성 일원에서, 류방택천문기상과학관에서는 오후 7시부터 오후 9시 30분까지 정월대보름 행사를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
해미읍성에서는 정월대보름을 맞아 다양한 전통 프로그램이 마련된다. 볏가릿대 세우기, 지신밟기, 부럼 나눠주기와 함께 민요 및 풍물 공연이 진행되어 시민들과 방문객들에게 풍성한 문화 체험의 기회를 제공할 예정이다.
류방택천문기상과학관에서는 천제 관측, 달 사진 촬영, 윷놀이 체험, LED 쥐불놀이 만들기 등의 특별 프로그램이 운영된다. 또한, 해미읍성 잔디밭에서는 소원지를 볏가릿대에 매달아 새해 소망을 기원할 수 있는 기회도 마련된다.
진남문 앞에서는 부럼을 받을 수 있으며, 읍성 내 민속 가옥과 객사 등에서는 팽이 돌리기, 딱지치기, 투호, 윷놀이 등의 민속놀이를 체험할 수 있다. 이 외에도 해미읍성에서는 국궁 체험, 연 만들기, 전통주막 및 찻집 등 상시 운영 프로그램도 진행된다.
류방택천문기상과학관은 특별 프로그램과 함께 천체관측실도 운영하여 방문객들에게 다양한 체험을 제공할 예정이다.
