우원식 국회의장은 27일 오후 국회 본회의에서 “‘명태균과 관련한 불법 선거 개입 및 국정농단 사건 등의 진상규명을 위한 특별검사 임명 등에 관한 법률안’(명태균 특검법)을 표결한 결과 재석 224인 중 찬성 182인, 반대 91인, 기권 1인으로서 법제사법위원회 수정안대로 가결되었음을 선포한다“고 밝혔다.
