‘달리는 국민신문고’는 국민권익위원회가 주관하는 현장 중심의 고충민원 상담 프로그램이다. 행정·문화·교육, 국방·보훈, 복지·노동 등 분야별로 권익위 조사관들과 대한법률구조공단, 한국소비자원, 한국국토정보공사, 서민금융진흥원 등 유관기관 소속 조사관이 참여해 주민들의 다양한 민원을 직접 듣고 해결방안을 제시하는 제도이다.
이번 상담에서는 총 39건의 민원이 접수된 가운데 교통·도로, 산업·농림·환경, 주택·건축, 도시·수자원 등 다양한 분야의 민원 상담이 이뤄졌다. 이 중 33건은 상담 현장에서 신청인과 피신청인이 합의서를 작성하거나 신청인에게 안내해 해결 또는 소관기관에 안내하는 방법 등으로 처리했다.나머지 6건은 국민권익위원회에서 추가 검토가 필요한 사안이어서 고충민원으로 별도 접수해 해결방법을 모색할 예정이다.
