(중랑=브레이크뉴스 경기동북부)하인규 기자=중랑구(구청장 류경기)가 4월 12일부터 지역 대학인 서일대학교, 한국열린사이버대학교와 협력해 중장년층의 인생 제2막을 지원하는 ‘2025년 중랑아카데미 50플러스’를 본격 운영한다.
‘중랑아카데미 50플러스’는 은퇴 전후의 중장년층이 새로운 인생 제2막을 준비할 수 있도록 마련된 평생학습 프로그램이다. 지역 대학교와 협약을 맺어 대학의 우수한 인적·물적 자원을 활용한 9개의 직업 역량강화 프로그램을 운영한다.
특히 올해부터는 기존 50세 이상이던 참여 연령 기준을 40세 이상으로 확대해 더욱 많은 주민들이 교육 혜택을 누릴 수 있도록 했다.

구는 앞으로도 지역 대학과 지속적으로 협의해 구민의 수요를 반영한 다양한 과정을 신설·운영해 나갈 계획이다.
