[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시 시내버스 4개사(가야IBS, 동부교통, 김해BUS, 태영고속)가 오는 5일부터 전면파업을 예고함에 따라 김해시는 시민 불편 최소화를 위한 비상수송대책을 수립했다고 3일 밝혔다.
2024년 10월부터 9차례에 걸쳐 이뤄진 2025년 임금·단체협상을 위한 노사교섭이 난항을 겪자 운수노조는 지난 3월 19일 경남지방노동위원회에 조정을 신청했으며 2차 조정이 이뤄지는 4일까지 조정이 이뤄지지 않을 경우 5일부터 전면파업을 예고했다.
이에 김해시는 전세버스 50대를 투입해 15개 임시노선을 무료로 운행하고, 경전철 운행 횟수를 일별 12회 증회하는 것을 비롯해 관내 전 아파트 안내방송과 버스정류장에 안내문을 부착하는 등 비상수송대책을 수립해 파업에 대비하고 있다.
김해시에 따르면 노사 임금협상 과정에서 운수 4사는 전 노선 김해시의 재정 지원을 받는다는 전제로 사측 안 제시 없이 노조측 제시안인 통상임금 적용과 전년도 창원시 인상분 월 26만5,500원을 일방적으로 통보해 왔으며 김해시는 지난 3월 31일 1차 조정위원회 참석 이후 지난 1일 사측에 올해부터 통상임금 적용과 물가상승률을 반영한 협상안을 노조와 협의토록 제시했다.
또 2022년 노·사·정 합의서에 따른 준공영제 시행에 대해서는 준공영제 관련 용역을 4월 말 마무리하고 하반기 준비기간을 거쳐 2026년 시행 예정이고 안전운행 3050 시행은 노선별 현장여건에 따라 노사가 합의를 통해 진행할 경우 검토를 거쳐 협조하겠다고 밝혔다.
임금체불 방지를 위한 운송원가 산정 시 노조 추천 회계사 공동참여 요구에 대해서는 2023년부터 사측 추천 회계사가 공동참여하고 있는 가운데 2025년 운송원가 산정 시 노조 추천 회계사를 참여시키겠다는 입장이다.
