[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시는 7일 오후 '청년 일자리' 서부산권 거점센터를 개소하고, 지·산·학 등 18개 기관과 미스매치 해소 업무협약을 체결했다.
이날 행사는 서부산권 청년잡(JOB) 성장카페 개소와 함께 동아대 등 9개 대학과, 부산상공회의소, 부산진구 등 18개 기관이 함께하는 정기 협의체인 '부산청년 일자리 원스톱 지원협의체'의 본격 추진을 위해 마련됐다.
서부산권 청년잡(JOB) 성장카페는 사상구 소재 부산경영자총협회 서부산지소 6층에 위치하며, 서부산 지역의 청년취업 허브이자, 청년정책 연계를 통한 청년 일자리 지원 거점으로 부산에서 3번째로 개소했다.
또, 부산청년 일자리 원스톱 지원협의체는 대표협의체와 실무협의체로 나눠 운영되며, ▲청년 중심 고용서비스 일괄(원스톱) 지원체계 구축 ▲청년고용개선 일자리 정책 개발 ▲기관별 고용상황 점검 및 성과 공유 등 지역 청년 일자리 문제 해결을 위한 핵심적인 역할을 할 예정이다.

또한, 청년과 기업의 실제적인 매칭을 위해 단순 정보제공을 넘어 일대일(1:1) 맞춤형 구직상담이 가능한 '구직관리 책임제' 도입, 지역기업에 대한 인식 전환, 취업 초기 지원책 마련 등 취업 유인 지역 기반 마련과 구직활동 촉진 강화를 위한 다양한 지원책을 담았다.
