브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 삼성물산 리조트부문이 운영하는 에버랜드가 오는 16일부터 다음달 15일까지 한 달간 장미축제 '로즈가든 로열 하이티'(Rose Garden Royal High Tea·에버랜드 로로티)를 개최한다.
에버랜드의 꽃 축제는 이병철 삼성그룹 창업주 시절인 1985년부터 시작돼 올해로 40주년을 맞는다.
올해는 에버랜드가 자체 개발한 장미 품종인 에버로즈를 비롯한 720품종 300만 송이의 화려한 장미가 만발하는 로즈가든에서 티(Tea) 파티를 연다는 컨셉으로 펼쳐진다.
특히 그간 일반에 거의 공개되지 않았던 로즈가든 2층 실내는 일러스트 작가 다리아송의 그래픽과 포토존 등을 연출한, 컨셉 스토어가 생긴다.
축제 기간 복합 문화 콘텐츠가 에버랜드 곳곳에서 펼쳐진다.
갑빠오와 부원 등 유명 아티스트와 콜라보한 사막여우·홍학 조형물과 예술 작품들이 곳곳에 배치된다. 또 사막여우 연기자가 로즈가든에 등장해 고객들과 사진을 찍고 일몰시간에는 점등 퍼포먼스를 펼친다.
로즈가든 바로 옆에 위치한 쿠치나마리오 레스토랑에서는 티타임을 제대로 경험할 수 있다. 장미 브라우니와 로즈 컵케이크 등 9종류의 디저트가 놓인 2단 플레이트와 티 메뉴가 구성된 애프터눈티 세트를 선보이며, 메뉴 종류를 간소화한 스몰티 세트도 맛볼 수 있다.
쿠치나마리오 레스토랑 한쪽 홀에는 가드닝 소품 편집샵 그린무어와 수제 비누샵 한아조 등 최근 핫한 브랜드 팝업스토어도 운영돼 다양한 굿즈들을 구매할 수 있다.
축제 개막과 함께 메모리얼샵과 그랜드엠포리엄 등 에버랜드 상품점에서는 70여 종의 에버랜드 로로티 굿즈를 내놓는다.
장미축제의 다채로운 굿즈와 감성적인 스토리는 오는 26일까지 2주간 더현대 판교에서 펼쳐지는 에버랜드 로로티 팝업 스토어에서도 미리 만나볼 수 있다.
