1일 차에는 명상과 독서를 통한 자기 성찰의 시간을, 2일 차에는 인생 책을 함께 나누고 오감 테라피 워크숍을 통해 감각을 깨우는 프로그램이 운영된다. 마지막 3일 차에는 ‘독서를 통한 나의 비전 실현’이라는 주제로 교육이 진행된다.
