6.25 전쟁 75주년이 되는 날
길가에 자라던 붓꽃 한 개체를
화분에 옮겨 심었다.
인사동 어느 갤러리
안채에 자라던 붓꽃이
울울창창 자라 왕성했던 모습을 기억한다.
그 꽃은 매우 탐스러웠다.
세상에 부러울 게 없다는 듯 자랐다.
아무리 살펴보아도 붓꽃에는 붓이 없었는데
사람들은 붓꽃이라 부른다네.
나는 죽을지 살지 모를
붓꽃을 옮겨 심으면서
풍성하게 꽃이 핀, 후일을 기약 한다.

[시작 메모]실현이 가능할까? 가능하지 않을까? 시인은 7월3일, 엉뚱한 발상을 했다. 큰 발원(發願)을 했다. '시인의 7.3 구상'이란, 꿈을 꾸어봤다. 붓이 없는 붓꽃에도 붓꽃이 피어나듯이, 시인의 붓에 활짝 꽃이 피어주었으면, 간절하게 빈다!

On the 75th anniversary of the Korean War,
I transplanted an iris growing on the side of the road
into a flowerpot.
I remember the iris growing in the inner quarters of a gallery in Insa-dong
growing lushly and vigorously.
That flower was very charming.
It grew as if there was nothing to envy in the world.
No matter how much I looked at it, there were no brushes on the iris
But people call it an iris.
While transplanting the iris,
Whether it would live or die, I promised
that it would bloom abundantly in the future.
