【브레이크뉴스 영덕】박영재 기자=영덕군은 오는 15일 영덕문화체육센터 여성회관에서 산불 피해 기업과 소상공인을 대상으로 한 고용유지금 지원 사업설명회를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 설명회는 지난 3월 말 발생한 경북 동해안 산불 피해 복구의 일환으로, 경상북도와 고용노동부의 협력을 통해 마련됐다.
해당 사업은 경상북도가 고용노동부의 ‘고용둔화 대응 지원 사업’ 공모에 선정돼 국비 63억 8,500만 원을 확보하면서 추진 가능해졌다.
지원 대상은 특별재난지역으로 지정된 안동·의성·청송·영양·영덕 내 중소기업 및 소상공인으로, 산불 피해 발생 전 대비 고용을 50% 이상 유지하고 있는 사업주에게 최대 30명까지, 1인당 월 200만 원씩 최대 7개월(총 1,400만 원)까지 차등 지원된다.
사업 신청은 7월 25일까지 가능하며, 8월 첫째 주에 최종 지원 대상자가 선정될 예정이다. 신청 및 자세한 사항은 경북경영자총협회(☎054-463-3370, 054-472-3381)를 통해 안내받을 수 있다.
김광열 영덕군수는 “이번 지원 사업이 경영 정상화에 어려움을 겪는 지역 기업과 소상공인들에게 실질적인 도움이 되기를 바란다”며 “많은 분들이 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 적극적으로 참여해달라”고 당부했다.

Yeongdeok-gun announced that it will hold a briefing session on the employment maintenance support project for businesses and small business owners affected by wildfires at the Yeongdeok Culture and Sports Center Women’s Hall on the 15th.
This briefing session was prepared through cooperation between Gyeongsangbuk-do and the Ministry of Employment and Labor as part of the recovery efforts for the wildfires along the east coast of Gyeongbuk that occurred in late March.
The project was made possible when Gyeongsangbuk-do was selected for the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s ‘Employment Slowdown Response Support Project’ competition and secured KRW 6.385 billion in national funds.
The support target is small and medium-sized businesses and small business owners in Andong, Uiseong, Cheongsong, Yeongyang, and Yeongdeok, which are designated as special disaster areas. Business owners who maintain employment at least 50% of the level before the wildfires will receive differentiated support of up to 30 people, KRW 2 million per person per month for up to 7 months (KRW 14 million in total).
Business applications are available until July 25, and the final support recipients will be selected in the first week of August. Applications and detailed information can be obtained through the Gyeongbuk Business Association (☎054-463-3370, 054-472-3381).
Yeongdeok County Governor Kim Gwang-yeol said, “I hope this support project will be of real help to local businesses and small business owners who are having difficulties in normalizing their management,” and asked, “Please actively participate so that many people can benefit.”
