부천시, ‘집에서 받는 돌봄’ 재택의료센터 5개소로 확대 운영

(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 9일,  2025년 하반기부터 재택의료 인프라 강화를 위해 기존 3개소였던 재택의료센터를 2개소 추가 지정해 총 5개소로 확대 운영한다고 밝혔다. 

부천시에 따르면, 새롭게 지정된 기관을 포함한 재택의료센터는 부천시민의원, 중동한의원, 역곡휘문한의원, 세란의원, 춘의청한의원이다.

이번 추가 선정은 고령화 심화와 함께 퇴원 후 돌봄 공백, 거동 불편 환자의 지속적인 건강관리 수요 증가에 대응하기 위한 조치로, 시는 앞으로 더 많은 시민이 집에서도 안전하고 연속적인 의료서비스를 받을 수 있을 것으로 본다. 

지정된 재택의료센터는 관내 유관기관과 협력해 방문의료, 방문간호, 복약 및 영양상담, 운동 및 재활지도, 치매 및 만성질환자 건강관리 등 수요자 맞춤형 건강관리 서비스를 제공하며, 대상자의 건강 상태에 따라 주기적인 모니터링과 돌봄 연계도 함께 진행할 예정이다.

부천시는 이번 재택의료센터 확대를 통해 의료 접근성이 낮은 고령자와 거동 불편 취약계층의 건강돌봄 사각지대를 줄이고, 퇴원 후 지역사회 복귀가 원활히 이루어질 수 있도록 통합 지원체계를 강화해 나갈 계획이다.

이소영 부천시 돌봄지원과장은 “이번 추가 지정으로 지역 내 재택의료 수요에 보다 적극적으로 대응할 수 있게 됐다”며 “앞으로도 보건의료자원과 복지서비스가 유기적으로 연계될 수 있도록 지속적으로 확대하고 보완해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Bucheon City announced on the 9th that it will expand the existing 3 home medical centers to a total of 5 locations by designating 2 additional locations to strengthen home medical infrastructure starting in the second half of 2025.

According to Bucheon City, the home medical centers including the newly designated institutions are Bucheon Citizens' Hospital, Jungdong Oriental Medicine Clinic, Yeokgok Hwimun Oriental Medicine Clinic, Seran Clinic, and Chunui Cheong Oriental Medicine Clinic.

This additional selection is a measure to respond to the increasing demand for continuous health care for patients with mobility difficulties and the gap in care after discharge due to the deepening aging population.
