뮤지컬 <황색바람>이 대학로 극장 씨어터 쿰에서 오는 7월 18일부터 27일(10일간)까지 공연된다.
사단법인 아시안프렌즈(이사장 이남숙)가 주최· 주관하는 뮤지컬 <황색바람>은 남북한 사람들이 어울려 함께 일하던 유일한 시기였던 개성공단 시절 속옷을 생산하는 남북한 노동자들의 이야기를 생생하고도 감동적으로 다룬 작품이다.
아시안프렌즈는 2019년부터 다문화 이주여성들과 그들의 자녀들이 자신의 이야기를 담은 연극과 뮤지컬을 무대에 올리는 프로그램을 꾸준히 진행한 이래, 2024년부터는 남북문화의 복합적이고도 다채로운 이야기를 지속적으로 선보이고 있다.
이번 작품은 아시안프렌즈의 남북문화 융합과 통일사업의 일환으로 기획·제작되는 작품이다. 연출은 홍정민, 작곡은 김종균이 맡았으며 대학로에서 활발하게 활동을 이어온 배우들이 대거 출연한다.
공연은 7월 18일부터 7월 27일까지 진행되며 평일은 오후 7시, 주말은 오후 3시, 대학로 씨어터쿰 극장에서 공연된다.
