[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산 해운대구가 국토교통부가 주관하는 ‘2025년 대한민국 도시대상’에서 우수정책 부문 장관상을 수상했다.
시상식은 15일 오후 2시, 부산 벡스코에서 열렸다. ‘대한민국 도시대상’은 전국 229개 시·군·구를 대상으로 도시의 지속가능성과 생활 인프라 수준을 평가해 우수 지자체를 선정하는 상이다.
해운대구는 인구 감소 대응을 위한 정책과 사업을 효과적으로 추진한 점을 높이 평가받아 수상 기관으로 선정됐다.
국토교통부는 “해운대구는 ‘아이 키우기 좋은 도시, 청년이 머무는 도시, 어르신이 살기 좋은 도시, 누구나 오고 싶은 도시’ 조성을 추진 전략으로 삼고, 이를 위한 세부 사업들을 내실 있게 수행했다”고 밝혔다.
해운대구가 추진한 주요 사업으로는 ▲해운대형 육아친화마을 운영 ▲어린이 복합문화공간 ‘들락날락’ 조성 ▲창업주거복합공간 마련 ▲청년 구직활동비 지원 ▲신노년층을 위한 ‘하하센터’ 조성 ▲지역 기반 ESG 센터 조성 ▲모래축제와 빛축제 개최 ▲해운대 워케이션 센터 운영 등이 있다.
