부안군 로컬 JOB센터가 고용노동부(전주지청)와 전북특별자치도가 공모한 '지역산업 맞춤형 일자리 창출 지원사업(지역형 플러스 일자리 사업)'에 2년 연속 선정되는 쾌거를 달성했다.

지역의 특성과 산업 환경을 고려한 맞춤형 일자리 창출을 목표로 농가 일손 부족과 기업 인력 부족 문제를 동시에 해결하는 저력을 발휘한 운영 첫해인 지난해 상용직 구직자 280명과 농가 일자리 총 8,920건을 매칭해 지역의 일자리 허브 역할로 성장했다.
올 상반기 동안 상용직 구직자 285명ㆍ농가 일자리 6,954건의 일자리를 연계했다.
