【브레이크뉴스 울릉】전종환 기자=정부가 발표한 민생회복 소비쿠폰 1차 지급계획에 따라 울릉군은 21일부터 9월 12일까지 제1차 민생회복 소비쿠폰 지급을 시작한다고 20일 밝혔다.
지급대상은 2025년 6월 18일 기준 국내에 거주하는 모든 국민이며, 인구감소지역인 울릉군 주민은 일반주민 20만 원, 차상위·한부모 가정 35만 원, 기초생활수급자는 45만 원이다.
신청과 지급 기간은 21일부터 9월 21일까지이다. 신청 첫 주간(7월 21일 ~ 25일)은 원활한 신청을 위해 온·오프라인 모두 출생 연도 끝자리 기준으로 요일제로 운영된다.
출생 연도 끝자리가 1·6인 해에 태어난 사람은 월요일, 2·7은 화요일, 3·8은 수요일, 4·9는 목요일, 5·0은 금요일에 신청하면 된다. 토·일요일에는 온라인은 누구나 신청할 수 있고, 오프라인 신청은 받지 않는다.
성인(2026년 12월 31일 이전 출생자)은 개별로 신청하고, 미성년자는 주민등록상 세대주가 신청하여야 한다. 지급수단은 신용·체크카드, 울릉사랑상품권 중 원하는 방식으로 선택할 수 있다.
