【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=구수산도서관이 오는 19일부터 유아부터 성인까지 다양한 연령층을 대상으로 하반기 문화강좌 수강생을 모집한다.
행복북구문화재단이 운영하는 이번 프로그램은 9월부터 5~15주 과정으로 진행되며, 지역 주민들의 여가 선용과 평생학습 기회를 넓히는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
올해는 특히 구수산공원 조성과 연계해 자연 친화적인 강좌가 눈길을 끈다. 유아를 위한 ‘숲놀이와 함께하는 창의 오감 놀이’와 초등학생 대상 ‘자연 탐구대 수첩’이 새롭게 개설돼, 도심 속에서 자연을 체험하며 배우는 시간을 제공한다.
유아 강좌로는 그림책을 주제로 한 ‘그림책 상상 공작소’, ‘생각이 쑥쑥 그림책 여행’, ‘상상가득 그림 여행’ 등이 운영된다. 초등 과정에는 역사와 지리를 흥미롭게 접목한 ‘어린이를 위한 친절한 세계사’와 ‘세계 지리와 문화’가 포함돼 다양한 시각을 넓혀준다.
성인을 위한 강좌도 알차게 준비됐다. 영어 그림책과 팝송, 영화를 활용한 기초 영어 수업을 비롯해 ‘오후의 史心’, ‘논어’, ‘영화와 책으로의 무빙 산책’, ‘세계의 도시, 건축 인문기행’ 등 인문학 프로그램이 마련됐다.
도서관 관계자는 “구민들의 관심과 수요를 반영해 여가 활용과 지적 욕구를 동시에 충족할 수 있는 프로그램을 준비했다”며 “지역민 모두에게 유익한 시간이 되길 기대한다”고 전했다.

Gususan Library will be recruiting students for its second-half cultural courses, available to all ages, from infants to adults, starting on the 19th.
This program, run by the Happy Buk-gu Cultural Foundation, will run for 5-15 weeks starting in September and focuses on expanding opportunities for local residents to utilize their leisure time and lifelong learning.
This year, in conjunction with the development of Gususan Park, nature-friendly courses are particularly noteworthy. New programs include "Creative Senses Play with Forest Play" for infants and "Nature Exploration Notebook" for elementary school students, providing opportunities to experience and learn about nature in the city.
Children's courses include "Picture Book Imagination Workshop," "Thought-Growing Picture Book Journey," and "Imagination-Filled Picture Journey." Elementary programs include "Kids' Friendly World History" and "World Geography and Culture," which combine history and geography in engaging ways, broadening perspectives.
Courses for adults are also available. In addition to basic English classes utilizing English picture books, pop songs, and films, the library offers humanities programs such as "Afternoon History," "The Analects of Confucius," "A Moving Stroll Through Film and Books," and "World Cities: Architectural Humanities Tours."
A library official stated, "Reflecting the interests and needs of residents, we've prepared programs that simultaneously satisfy both leisure and intellectual needs. We hope this will be a beneficial experience for all residents."
