[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도는 국토부 ‘산불진화특화 고중량 드론 도입 및 국산화 개발 사업’에 ‘엔젤럭스 컨소시엄’이 최종 선정됐다고 22일 밝혔다.
엔젤럭스 컨소시엄은 대표사업자 ㈜엔젤럭스로 참여사업자는 (재)경남테크노파크, ㈜모빌리티랩, ㈜지티에이에어로스페이스, 에스아이오티(주), 한국세라믹기술원, 국립창원대학교 산학협력단, 경상국립대학교 산학협력단 등 8개 기업·기관으로 구성됐다.
국토부는 야간 등 헬기 출동이 어려운 상황, 사람의 접근이 힘든 지역의 잔불 진화 등 소방 임무를 수행할 드론 개발에 2027년까지 3년간 총 115억을 투입하며, 21일 착수보고회를 시작으로 본격적인 상용화 개발 과업을 수행할 예정이다.
엔젤럭스 컨소시엄이 개발할 드론은 최대 탑재중량 200kg, 최대이륙중량 450kg 이상에 소화액 등을 탑재하고 최대 3시간 비행할 수 있다.
이와 함께, 외국에서 운영 중인 유사 기체도 도입한다.
