이번 교류에는 강릉 원주대학교 일본학과 학생들과 일본 도야마대학교 학생들이 참가했다. 참가단은 오전부터 파주 오두산 통일전망대와 임진각을 방문해 분단된 한반도의 현실을 직접 목격했다. 학생들은 휴전 72년간 지속된 대치 상황을 살펴보며 평화의 중요성을 되새기는 시간을 가졌다. 양국 학생들은 서로의 언어로 대화하며 깊은 우정을 나누는 모습이었다.
