[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산광역시교육청은 국가정보자원관리원 전산시설 화재와 관련하여, 나이스·K-에듀파인 등 주요 교육정보시스템이 현재 로그인 가능하며 전반적으로 사용이 가능한 상태라고 밝혔다.
이번 화재로 가장 영향을 많이 받은 나이스·K-에듀파인 등은 정상화 단계로 접어들었으나 일부 기능은 아직 정상 가동이 되지 않는 상태다.
교육청은 28일 현재 정부24와 연계된 증명서 발급 기능이 정상 작동하지 않음에 따라 졸업증명서 발급업무 등을 교육청 민원실이나 각급 학교 행정실에서 발급할 수 있도록 조치했다.
시교육청은 화재 발생 직후, 주말인 지난 27일부터 비상근무체제를 가동하며 시스템을 점검하고, 일부 가동이 원활하지 않거나 시스템 오류가 발생한 업무에 대해서는 긴급 공지하는 등 불편 해소와 문제 해결에 힘을 쏟고 있다고 전했다.
또한, 교육청 각 부서는 나이스, K-에듀파인, 펜메신저 등 주요 시스템에 접속해 점검을 완료했다. 일부 세부 기능은 제한될 수 있으나, 교육청은 관련 기관과 협력해 안정적 운영을 지원하고 있다. 또 부교육감을 본부장으로 하는 재해대책본부를 구성하고, 24시간 상황실을 운영하며 상황을 관리하고 있다.
화재 발생 직후 일시적 접속 장애가 있었으나, 현재는 대부분 기능을 정상적으로 이용할 수 있다. 교육청은 본청 각 부서에서 업무별 시스템을 직접 확인했으며, 향후 유사 상황 발생에 대비해 모니터링을 지속하고 있다고 밝혔다.
또 국가정보자원관리센터에 위치한 공직자통합메일 서비스에서 발생한 접속장애로 관련 부서 업무에 일부 지장이 있는 점을 감안, 상태가 지속되면 상용 메일을 활용하는 방안을 검토 중이다.
시교육청은 29일 등교 시점 전후 예기치 못한 오류발생 가능성에 대비, 비상대응체계를 유지해 줄 것과 장애사항 발생 시 이를 모니터링해 실시간으로 교육청에 알려줄 것을 각급 학교에 요청한 것으로 전해졌다.
김석준 교육감은 “현재는 시스템 로그인과 주요 기능 사용이 가능하다”며 “앞으로도 상황을 면밀히 살펴 학교와 기관의 업무에 차질이 최소화되도록 신속히 대응하겠다”고 전했다.

The Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education (BMOE) announced that following the fire at the National Information Resources Service's (NIRS) computer facility, major educational information systems, including NEIS and K-Edufine, are currently loggable and generally usable.
NEIS and K-Edufine, which were most affected by the fire, have entered a normalization phase, although some functionalities are still not fully operational. As of the 28th, the Office of Education has taken action regarding the malfunction of the certificate issuance feature linked to Government24. Consequently, services such as graduation certificate issuance can now be handled at the Office of Education's civil service office or at the administrative offices of individual schools.
The BMOE reported that immediately after the fire, it activated an emergency work system starting on the weekend of the 27th to inspect the systems. The BMOE is working hard to resolve inconveniences and problems by issuing urgent notices for tasks that are not running smoothly or where system errors have occurred.
Furthermore, on the morning of the 28th, various departments within the Office of Education completed checks by accessing key systems like NEIS, K-Edufine, and the Pen Messenger. Although some detailed features may still be restricted, the BMOE is collaborating with relevant organizations to support stable operation. It has also established a Disaster Countermeasures Headquarters headed by the Deputy Superintendent and is managing the situation by operating a 24-hour situation room.
There was a temporary connection failure immediately after the fire, but most functions are now normally available. The BMOE stated that each department at the main office has directly checked their respective business systems and is continuing to monitor the situation to prepare for similar future occurrences.
Considering that the Integrated Public Officials Mail Service, located at the National Information Resources Service Center, is experiencing connection issues, causing some disruption to related departmental work, the BMOE is reviewing the option of using commercial email if the situation persists.
It has been conveyed that the BMOE requested all schools to maintain an emergency response system in preparation for unforeseen errors around the time of the school commute on the 29th, and to monitor any system failures and report them to the Office of Education in real-time.
Superintendent Kim Seok-joon stated, "System login and the use of major functions are currently possible," adding, "We will continue to closely monitor the situation and respond quickly to minimize disruptions to the work of schools and institutions."
