'따뜻한 경북교육, 세계교육 표준으로'를 주제로 청도와 영천 지역의 교육 현안과 정책 방향을 함께 논의하고, 지역 교육공동체와의 소통을 다지기 위해 마련됐다.
행사에는 임종식 경북교육감을 비롯해 이춘우·윤승오 경북도의원과 최기문 영천시장, 배수예·이영우·우애자·이영기·이갑균 영천시의회 의원 등 지역 주요 인사와 더불어 교장협의회·학부모회·학교운영위원회·학생상담자원봉사자회, 학부모, 학생, 지역 주민 등 320여 명이 참석해 역대 최대 규모로 진행됐다.
청도교육지원청 오홍현 교육장은 '그린스마트 미래학교 조성 사업', '소규모 옥외체육관 증축' 등 학생 중심의 안전하고 쾌적한 학습 환경 조성 사업을 소개했다.
영천교육지원청 신봉자 교육장은 '영천고 자율형 공립고 2.0 전환', '학교 통폐합', '지속 가능한 교육생태계 구축' 등 주요 현안을 보고했다. 특히 영천영어타운의 기능 강화를 통해 이주 배경 학생 지원과 글로벌 인재 양성 기반을 넓힐 계획이라고 밝혔다.
산자연중학교 사물놀이 공연으로 막을 연 이날 행사는 청도·영천교육지원청의 주요 업무보고와 임종식 교육감 인사말, '대화의 시간'으로 이어졌다.
임 교육감은 "현장과의 대화는 정책의 출발점이며, 아이들의 성장과 학교의 변화를 만들어 가는 힘은 결국 우리들의 진심에서 비롯된다"고 말했다.
'이슈 톡' 시간에는 영천고 태원국 학생회장이 진로와 진학 문제를 질문하고, 청도초 방장혁 교사는 디지털 대전환 시대 교육의 방향에 대해 질문하며 현장과 교육청이 함께 소통했다.
'고민 종식 톡'에서는 교육시설 개선, 행정업무 경감, 미래형 교육과정 운영 등 다양한 주제가 자유롭게 논의됐다.

The "Ending Worries Talk" featured open discussions on a variety of topics, including improving educational facilities, reducing administrative workload, and implementing a future-oriented curriculum.
Superintendent Lim expressed his intention to directly listen to attendees' opinions, utilize an AI summary system to extract key keywords, and incorporate voices from the field into practical policy improvements.
