고양특례시가 김해련 시의원의 '일산도시재생 200억 손실 위기' 주장에 대해 강력히 반박하고 나섰다.
시는 21일 공식 입장문을 통해 "LH의 행복주택 건립계획 취소 의견 제시에도 불구하고, 일산복합커뮤니티 사업 중 시가 담당하는 국도비가 투입된 공공건축물 부분은 정상적으로 추진할 예정"이라며 "200억 재정손실 주장은 사실과 다르다"고 밝혔다.
시에 따르면 행복주택 건립 주체인 LH는 지난 8월 국토교통부 및 고양시와 사업추진방향을 논의하면서 "사업성은 행복주택 착수기준에 미달되나, 2026년 상반기 착공을 목표로 차질 없이 추진하겠다"고 밝혔다.
그러나 9월 들어 LH는 태도를 바꿔 행복주택 건립비 90억 원 손실보존을 요구하며, 이것이 반영되지 않을 경우 행복주택 사업을 취소하겠다는 의사를 표명했다.
