파주시는 10월 22일 파주시민회관 다목적실에서 청년도전 지원사업의 성과 확산을 위해 또래지원단 강의와 홍보영상 촬영을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 강의는 지난해 청년도전 지원사업 장기과정을 수료하고 취업에 성공한 청년이 또래지원단으로 위촉돼 후배 청년들에게 자신의 경험과 취업 전략을 공유하는 자리로 마련됐다.
또래지원단은 프로그램을 통해 얻은 성과를 후배 세대에 환원하며 청년이 청년을 돕는 선순환 구조를 만드는 핵심 역할을 한다.
강의에서는 취업 준비 과정에서의 시행착오, 자기소개서 작성 요령, 면접 경험 등 현실적인 이야기가 오가며 참가 청년들의 큰 공감을 얻었다.
강의 후에는 프로그램 참여자의 성장과 변화를 지역사회가 체감할 수 있도록 홍보영상 제작을 위한 인터뷰 촬영도 함께 진행됐다.
김지숙 파주시 청년청소년과장은 “청년 스스로의 경험을 바탕으로 또 다른 청년의 성장을 돕는 점에서 본 사업의 의미가 크다”라며 “앞으로도 청년이 도전과 성장을 이어갈 수 있도록 실질적 지원 정책을 적극 추진하겠다”라고 말했다.
