【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=증평군장애인복지관은 24일 복지관 앞마당에서 ‘2025년 나래핀 축제’를 성황리에 마무리했다.
이번 축제에는 복지관 이용자와 가족, 후원자, 자원봉사자, 지역주민 등 500여 명이 참여해 지역사회와 함께하는 화합의 장을 만들었다.
행사장에는 △타로·사주 △공예·만들기 △먹거리 등 체험부스와 △문해교육 △네일아트·목공 △민화·바리스타 등 장애인 평생학습존이 운영돼 큰 호응을 얻었다.
또한 △수어통역센터 △권익옹호기관 △가족지원센터 △청주시장애인체력인증센터 등 유관기관이 참여한 홍보부스를 통해 다양한 복지정보와 서비스를 제공하며 장애인의 정보 접근권 향상에 기여했다.
특히 장애인 권리중심 일자리사업 참여자들의 창작 작품이 축제장에 전시돼 발달장애인의 예술적 역량을 알리고 장애 인식 개선에 의미 있는 시간을 더했다.
주 무대에서는 개회식을 비롯해 △장애인복지 유공자 표창 △장학증서 전달식이 진행됐으며, 오후에는 나래핀 가요제를 포함한 다채로운 공연이 펼쳐져 축제 분위기를 한층 고조시켰다.
정찬연 관장은 “앞으로도 나래핀 축제가 성숙한 복지 문화와 지역사회 통합을 상징하는 축제로 자리매김할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
행사에 참석한 이재영 군수는 “‘나래핀’이라는 이름처럼 날개를 펴고 더 자유롭고 평등한 세상을 향한 마음을 나누는 시간이 되길 바란다”며 “군은 매일이 장애인을 위한 축제의 날이 될 수 있도록 다양한 정책과 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 밝혔다.
