창원시는 30일 창원축구센터 대세미나실에서 의창구·성산구 단체원 및 일반 시민 200여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘제5차 찾아가는 자치분권 아카데미’ 특강을 개최했다.
이번 아카데미는 박기관 상지대학교 교수(前 지방시대위원회 지방분권분과위원장)를 초청해 ‘특례시의 이해와 창원시의 발전방향’을 주제로 심도 있는 강연을 진행했다.
