유영일 부위원장, ‘평촌신도시 특별정비예정구역’ 주민 의견 청취

경기도의회 도시환경위원회 유영일 의원(국민의힘, 안양5)이 지난 11월 3일 의회 안양상담소에서 평촌신도시 특별정비예정구역과 관련한 계획을 주제로 주민들과 면담을 가졌다.

유영일 의원은 이날 면담에서 평촌신도시 정비와 지역 생활환경 개선을 위한 사업 개요와 추진 배경, 대상지 현황 등을 주민들과 공유하고 주민들의 의견을 수렴했다.

주민들은 교통과 주거환경 개선, 생활 SOC 확충 등 지역 현안에 대해 지속적으로 관심을 가져줄 것과정책 반영을 요청했다.

유영일 부위원장은 “평촌신도시 특별정비구역은 단순한 개발사업이 아니라 주민 삶의 질 향상과 지역 균형발전을 위한 중요한 과정”이라며, “주민 의견을 면밀히 검토하고 경기도와 협력해 필요한 지원이 이뤄지도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

유 부위원장은 앞으로도 안양시와 관계 부서와의 협의를 이어가며 평촌신도시 발전 계획에 주민 요구가 적극 반영될 수 있도록 의정활동을 이어갈 방침이다.

Representative Yoo Young-il (People Power Party, Anyang 5), a member of the Gyeonggi Provincial Council's Urban Environment Committee, met with residents on November 3rd at the council's Anyang Counseling Center to discuss plans related to the Pyeongchon New Town Special Redevelopment Zone.
