고양특례시, 시의회 데이터센터 특위 지적에 “법과 원칙 따른 행정 이행… 세수만으로 타당성 판단은 부적절”

고양특례시는 지난 5일 열린 시의회 ‘고양시 데이터센터 건립 관련 적정성 여부에 대한 행정사무조사 특별위원회’(이하 특위)의 첫 사무조사와 관련해, 일부 지적사항에 대한 공식 입장을 10일 밝혔다.
