【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 11일 증평공업고등학교 창업동아리 학생들이 군청을 방문해 온열매트 싱글사이즈 24개(100만원 상당)를 전달했다고 밝혔다.
이번 기부는 증평공고 디자인과 소속 창업동아리 ‘흙사랑’, ‘단하나’, ‘샤이닝핑거’학생들이 뜻을 모아 마련한 것이다.
학생들은 직접 제작한 도자기 접시, 키링, 그립톡 등을 교내 플리마켓과 충북직업교육종합축제, 증평취업박람회에서 판매해 얻은 수익금으로 기부물품을 마련했다.
노유현 학생은 “추운 겨울이지만 어려운 분들이 따뜻하게 지내는 데에 도움이 됐으면 좋겠다”며 “작은 나눔이지만 지역사회에 온기를 전할 수 있어 뿌듯하다”고 소감을 전했다.
기부된 물품은 기부자의 뜻에 따라 지역 내 취약계층 및 장애인 거주시설에 지원될 예정이다.
