이번 조사는 2025년 11월부터 2026년 10월까지 약 1년간 진행된다. ‘부동산 가격공시에 관한 법률’과 국토교통부의 ‘2026년도 적용 개별주택가격 조사·산정지침’에 따라 단계별로 추진된다.
