【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=증평군노인복지관은 12일 ‘2025년 노인일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업 종결평가회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 평가회는 지난 10월 27일부터 11월 12일까지 총 4회에 걸쳐 진행됐다.
이날 평가회에는 노인일자리 참여 어르신 262명과 수요처 관계자가 함께 참여해, 한 해 동안의 사업 운영 성과를 돌아보고 향후 개선 방향을 모색하는 시간을 가졌다.
평가회에서는 현장의 다양한 의견과 건의사항을 공유하고, 참여자 전원을 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시했다.
이를 통해 사업 운영상의 문제점과 개선 사항을 심도 있게 논의하며, 근무환경과 활동 여건 개선, 참여자 만족도 및 사업 품질 향상을 위한 구체적인 방향을 제시했다.
이번 평가회를 통해 수집된 의견과 만족도 조사 결과는 2026년도 노인일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업 계획 수립에 적극 반영될 예정이다.
또 내년도 운영 일정과 주요 변경 사항도 사전에 안내해 참여자들의 이해도와 참여 준비도 향상을 도모할 계획이다.
참여 어르신들은 “1년 동안의 활동을 돌아보며 성취감과 보람을 느꼈다”며 “서로의 이야기를 나누고 다음 활동을 준비할 수 있어 뜻깊은 자리였다”고 소감을 전했다.
복지관 관계자는 “이번 종결평가회를 통해 어르신들의 소중한 의견을 직접 듣고 사업 전반을 점검할 수 있었다”며, “앞으로도 어르신들이 지역사회 속에서 보람을 느끼며 활기차게 활동할 수 있도록 지속적인 지원과 제도적 개선을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
