【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=음성군은 클라우드 기반 생성형 AI 서비스 ‘상상On’을 전 직원을 대상으로 정식 오픈했다고 밝혔다.
‘상상On’은 일부 직원에게 생성형 AI 유료 계정을 공유하거나 기간 제한 방식으로 제공하던 기존 방식과 달리, OpenAI ChatGPT API(요청·응답 메시지를 주고받아 AI 기능을 직접 호출하는 방식)를 활용해 전 직원이 동시에 사용할 수 있도록 구축된 음성군 맞춤형 생성형 AI 지원 시스템이다.
이번 서비스 도입으로 군 공직자는 누구나 유료 버전 수준의 대규모 언어모델(LLM) 기능을 활용할 수 있게 됐다.
또, 문서 작성, 데이터 분석, 회의록 요약, 민원 안내 문안 생성 등 다양한 행정업무에 즉시 적용할 수 있어 업무 효율이 크게 향상될 것으로 기대된다.
군은 생성형 AI를 ‘사람을 대체하는 기술’이 아니라 업무 효율을 높이고 정책 품질을 고도화하는 보조수단으로 정의하고, 민원 대응 속도 개선과 행정문서 품질 제고 등 전반적인 업무 생산성 혁신을 목표로 이번 시스템을 도입했다.
특히 ‘상상On’은 기존의 단순 웹 로그인형 서비스와 달리 클라우드 SaaS 기반 운영, API 방식 통합 관리, 사용자별 보안 설정·로그 관리, 대규모 계정 비용 절감 등 다양한 장점을 갖추고 있다.
이를 통해 민간 생성형 AI 솔루션의 고비용 구조를 해소하고, 관련 보안 규정을 준수하면서도 고품질 AI 기능을 안정적으로 제공할 수 있게 됐다.
군은 앞으로도 행정혁신(AI 전환, AX)의 핵심 과제로 ‘상상On’을 지속 고도화할 계획이다. 현재 OpenAI ChatGPT API에 이어 Google Gemini API 연계를 추진 중이며, 각종 법령·고시·지침과 연계한 RAG 기반 행정 특화 AI 모델을 순차적으로 도입해 나갈 예정이다.
조병옥 군수는 “이번 ‘상상On’ 서비스는 음성군이 AI 기반 행정혁신을 본격적으로 추진한다는 의미가 있다”며 “AI 기술이 공직자들의 업무 부담을 줄이고 군민에게 더 빠르고 정확한 행정서비스를 제공하는 데 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
