고양산업진흥원 K-하이테크플랫폼 지원단이 고양 드론앵커센터와 공동으로 주관한 ‘드론·항공모빌리티 전문인력 양성전략 세미나’가 킨텍스 컨퍼런스룸에서 성황리에 개최됐다.

이번 세미나는 킨텍스에서 열린 드론·도심항공 모빌리티 박람회 기간 중 진행됐으며, 대학생과 업계 관계자 등 다수가 참석했다.
주제발표에 나선 한국교통안전공단 조주용 책임연구원은 전국 드론 관련 시설과 인력 수급 방향을 제시하며, 향후 기업 재직자와 대학생 등 미래 인재를 위한 교육 프로그램을 확대해 나가겠다고 밝혔다.
한국항공대학교 김수한 교수는 SW 중심대학으로의 전환과 산업 현장에 즉시 투입될 수 있는 융합형 인재 양성의 중요성을 강조했다.
이어 한국드론혁신협회 서일수 사무총장은 세계 각국의 드론을 활용한 전쟁 양상과 무기 현황을 소개하며, 국방부의 드론무기 국산화 및 고급인력 양성 전략을 단계별로 설명했다.
㈜아쎄타 이대수 부장은 중소·중견기업이 필요로 하는 드론 인재상의 특성과 기업이 요구하는 기술, 경력, 그리고 준비 방향을 기업 관점에서 제시했다.
지정 토론자로 참여한 한화에어로스페이스 이현철 연구원은 “처음부터 대기업만을 목표로 하기보다 스타트업이나 중소기업에서 실력과 경험을 쌓아가는 것도 좋은 전략”이라며 “AI와 접목할 수 있는 융합적 기술 역량이 필요한 시점”이라고 조언했다.
세미나를 기획한 K-하이테크플랫폼지원단 김종상 단장은 “AI가 산업 구조를 급격히 바꾸는 시점에서, 미래 인재들이 드론·모빌리티 산업의 변화와 비전을 체험할 수 있는 기회가 됐길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 고양드론앵커센터와 기업, 대학이 협력해 인재양성 프로그램을 지속 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
