지원 대상은 농업경영체를 등록했거나 등록 예정인 농업인 및 농업법인으로 증평지역에 농지를 소유하고 있어야 한다.
단 농업경영체 등록 예정자는 내달 중순까지 등록 절차를 완료해야 지원 대상에 포함된다.
지원 품목은 유기질비료(혼합유박, 혼합유기질, 유기복합비료) 3종과 부숙유기질비료(가축분퇴비, 퇴비) 2종으로 등급(종류)별로 1포(20kg)당 1500~1600원을 정액 지원한다.
특히 증평군에 주민등록을 두고 있는 거주자는 포당 400~500원 가량의 추가 지원을 받을 수 있다.
신청을 희망하는 농가는 농지가 소재한 읍·면사무소에서 기한 내 신청하면 된다.
군 관계자는 “유기질비료 지원사업은 농가의 경영 안정과 환경보전을 동시에 추구하는 핵심사업”이라며 “기한 내 빠짐없이 신청해 더 많은 농가가 혜택을 받을 수 있길 바란다”고 말했다.
한편, 올해 군은 2억5000만원을 투입해 954농가를 대상으로 16만3000포의 유기질비료를 공급했다.
