군은 농림축산식품부 공모사업으로 선정된 대소면 오산지구와 금왕읍 무극지구 농촌공간정비사업에 총 331억원을 투입, 주민의 삶의 질을 높이고 문화적 갈증을 해소할 복합문화공간을 조성한다.
먼저, 대소면 오산지구 농촌공간정비사업은 2022년부터 2027년까지 총사업비는 161억3000만원(국비 60억 원, 도비 18억 원, 군비 83억3000만원) 투입, 주거지역 내 장기간 방치된 폐공장을 철거하고, 박장대소 상상공연장, 상상문화마당 등 주민의 문화복지 공간을 조성할 계획이다.
