전북특별자치도에 따르면 3일 오전 4시 30분을 기해 고창ㆍ부안ㆍ군산 등 3개 시군에 대설주의보가 발효돼 재난안전대책본부 1단계 비상근무를 가동했다.
이들 지역의 적설량은 오전 8시 기준 ▲ 부안 변산 2.6 ▲ 고창 1.9 ▲ 군산 선유도 1.6 ▲ 부안 1.2 ▲ 무주 덕유산 1.1 ▲ 순창 복흥 1.0cm 등을 기록하고 있다.
