한중도시우호협회는 4월19일치 보도자료에서 “권기식 한중도시우호협회장은 4월18일 팡쿤(方坤) 주한중국대사관 총괄공사에게 한중 우호 공로감사패를 전달했다.”고 알렸다.

팡쿤(方坤) 주한중국대사관 총괄공사는 "최근 중한 관계가 크게 좋아진 것에 보람을 느낀다"며 "다음달 귀임해서도 한중도시우호협회 등 한중 우호 기관단체들의 교류 활동을 적극 지원하겠다"고 말했다.
