세종특별자치시교육청이 21일 오후 스마트허브 회의실에서 ‘2025회계연도 교육비특별회계 결산 업무담당자 교육’을 실시한다.
이번 교육은 결산 시기를 앞두고 각 부서와 직속기관의 담당자가 결산 지침과 작성 기준을 숙지해 원활한 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 마련됐다.
교육 프로그램은 2025회계연도 결산 작성 기준 ,예산결산 및 재무결산 자료 작성 요령 ,결산 시 유의사항 ,K-에듀파인 시스템 활용법 등 실무 중심 내용으로 구성됐다. 교육 이후에는 결산 과정에서의 실무 궁금증을 해소하기 위한 질의응답 시간도 진행된다.
정영권 재무행정과장은 “이번 교육을 통해 교육재정 운영의 투명성과 신뢰성을 한층 높이고, 결산 업무의 체계성을 강화할 수 있을 것”이라며 “결산 결과를 바탕으로 다음 연도 예산 편성과 재정운영의 효율성 제고에도 도움이 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 세종시교육청은 2025회계연도 결산서를 오는 3월 20일까지 제출하고, 4월에는 시의회 결산검사위원의 심사를 거쳐 5월 31일까지 의회에 제출할 예정이다.

Meanwhile, the Sejong City Office of Education will submit its financial statements for fiscal year 2025 by March 20th. After review by the City Council's Financial Statement Audit Committee in April, they will be submitted to the council by May 31st.
