충남 천안시가 공직사회 내 건전하고 안전한 조직문화 조성을 위해 성희롱, 성폭력, 가정폭력, 성매매 등 이른바 '4대 폭력' 근절을 위한 통합교육 체계를 대폭 강화한다고 23일 밝혔다.
이는 6급 이상 간부 공무원의 대면교육 의무화, 교육 미이수 가해자 징계 강화, 2차 가해 무관용 처벌 등을 핵심으로 한다.
천안시는 그동안 사이버 교육 이수자 중에서도 4대 폭력 관련 사건·사고가 반복적으로 발생해왔다는 점을 인지했다.
