대전의 거리와 유휴 공간이 시민들의 일상을 채우는 화려한 무대와 갤러리로 변신한다. 대전문화재단은 시민들이 생활 속에서 예술을 향유할 수 있는 환경을 조성하기 위해 ‘2026 들썩들썩 인 대전’과 ‘2026 마음대로 예술공간’ 지원사업의 공모를 동시에 추진한다고 밝혔다.
‘마음대로 예술공간’은 민간이 운영하는 공연·전시 시설을 발굴해 시민들에게 무료로 개방하도록 지원하는 사업이다. 예술이 특정 공연장에만 머무는 것이 아니라, 집 앞 골목이나 동네 공간으로 스며들게 한다는 취지다.
선정된 공간은 오는 4월부터 12월까지 시민들에게 대관료 없이 개방되며, 재단은 공간 운영자의 부담을 덜어주기 위해 월 임대료의 80%와 관리비 일부를 지원한다.
