[브레이크뉴스=강동호 기자] 합천군은 환경개선부담금 징수율 평가에서 전국 1위를 차지하며 3년 연속(22년,23년,24년) 전국 최고 성과를 달성, 징수교부금 8800만원을 확보했다.
환경개선부담금은 환경오염 원인자에게 환경개선에 필요한 비용을 부담하도록 하는 제도로, 자동차관리법에 따라 등록된 경유자동차를 부과기준일 현재 소유한 자를 대상으로 매년 3월과 9월, 연 2회 부과되며 대기환경 개선을 위한 재원으로 사용된다.
합천군은 2024년 환경개선부담금 징수율 84%로 전국 평균 징수율 29.2%, 경남 평균 38.6%를 크게 상회하는 실적을 기록하며 전국 1위를 달성했다.
