【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주시농업기술센터는 지난해 큰 호응을 얻었던 반려식물병원을 오는 3월부터 다시 운영한다고 27일 밝혔다.
반려식물병원은 시민들이 키우는 식물의 병해충 피해, 생육 불량, 시들음 등 다양한 문제를 전문가 상담과 진단을 통해 해결해주는 서비스다. 지난해 시범사업에서는 식물 상태 개선율 90%, 만족도 ‘매우 만족’ 93%를 기록하며 정서적 치유와 식물 돌봄 문화 확산에 기여한 바 있다.
올해는 운영 기간을 확대해 3월 3일부터 5월 29일까지 3개월간 도시농업관에서 진행한다. 청주시민(주소지 기준)이면 누구나 전화 상담 또는 사전 예약 후 방문 진료를 통해 식물 진단·처방·치료 서비스를 받을 수 있다.
이용은 1인당 매월 2점 이내이며, 이용료는 무료다. 다만 분갈이 시 필요한 화분 등 재료비는 개인 부담이다.
