【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=진천군 덕산읍 지역사회보장협의체는 3월부터 12월까지 관내 취약계층 25가구를 대상으로 ‘기운찬 찬찬찬 반찬지원사업’을 추진한다고 5일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 연합모금 사업비를 활용한 민관협력 특화사업으로, 매주 목요일 협의체 위원들이 직접 가정을 방문해 반찬을 전달하고 안부를 확인하는 방식으로 운영된다.
본 사업은 단순한 식사 지원을 넘어 정기적인 대면 접촉을 통해 건강 상태와 생활 여건을 세심히 살피는 ‘생활밀착형 돌봄’ 서비스라는 점에서 의미가 크다.
특히 방문 과정에서 건강 악화, 경제적 어려움, 사회적 고립 등 위기 징후가 발견될 경우 즉시 맞춤형 복지서비스와 공적·민간 자원으로 연계해 사전 예방 중심의 지원체계를 가동한다.
반찬을 매개로 위기가구를 조기에 발굴하고 지속적으로 관리하는 구조를 갖춘 점이 특징이다.
정미라 민간위원장은 “작은 반찬 하나가 이웃과 이웃을 잇는 연결고리가 되길 바란다”며 “지역 안에서 서로를 살피는 돌봄 문화를 더욱 확산해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 덕산읍 지역사회보장협의체는 앞으로도 복지사각지대 발굴과 위기가구 집중관리 등 예방 중심의 지역 돌봄체계를 강화해 나갈 계획이다.
