【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 영동군이 집중호우 시 반복되는 침수 피해를 예방하고 군민의 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위해 ‘심천2지구 풍수해생활권 종합정비사업’을 본격 추진한다.
군은 지난 2월 23일 심천면 단전리 경로당, 심천면사무소, 용당리 경로당에서 주민설명회를 개최하고 타당성 조사 시 작성된 사업계획을 공유하고 의견 수렴을 진행했다.
이번 사업은 심천2지구 내 하천·내수·사면 재해 등 복합적인 위험 요인을 종합적으로 정비하는 대규모 사업으로, 총사업비는 약 401억 원 규모이다.
주요 정비 계획으로는 △지방하천(초강) 및 소하천 제방 정비 △유수지 신설 및 노후 우수관로 개선 △급경사지 사면 정비 △스마트 계측·상황 전파 시스템 구축 등을 포함하고 있다.
