안양시의회 보사환경위원 3인, 수원국제마라톤 전원 완주

안양시의회 보사환경위원회(위원장 장명희) 소속 의원 3명이 지난달 21일 열린 수원국제마라톤대회에 참가해 전원 완주에 성공했다. 의원들은 이번 참가를 통해 안양시 마라톤 대회 유치 의지를 대내외에 알렸다고 밝혔다.

이번 대회 참가는 체력 증진을 넘어 국제 마라톤 대회의 운영 시스템을 직접 체험하고, 안양시 도입 가능성을 점검하기 위한 취지로 마련됐다. 장명희 위원장과 음경택·강익수 의원은 의회 직원들과 함께 개인 자격으로 출전해 현장 운영과 참가 분위기를 살폈다.
