【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=단양군은 해빙기를 맞아 관내 주요 건설사업장을 대상으로 안전관리 실태 합동점검을 실시했다고 11일 밝혔다.
이번 점검은 겨울철 얼었던 지반이 녹으며 발생할 수 있는 구조물 균열과 지반 침하 등 안전사고를 사전에 예방하고 주요 공정의 추진 상황을 종합적으로 확인하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 점검에는 김문근 단양군수를 비롯해 관련 부서 공무원과 유관기관 관계자, 민간 전문가 등이 참여했다.
점검단은 영춘면 사지원리 일원의 사지원2교 재가설사업을 시작으로 매포읍 도곡리 도곡소하천 정비사업, 단양읍 상진리 관광연계도로 개설사업 등 주요 사업장을 차례로 방문했다.
점검단은 사지원2교 현장에서 교량 구조물의 안전 상태와 공사 추진 상황을 확인하고 현장 관계자의 의견을 청취했다.
이어 도곡소하천 정비사업 현장에서는 하천 제방의 안정성과 안전관리 대책을 집중 점검했으며, 관광연계도로 개설사업 현장에서는 공사 진행 상황과 함께 작업자 및 주민 안전 확보 방안을 살폈다.
특히 이번 점검은 민간 전문가가 함께 참여해 현장의 위험 요소를 다각도로 분석하고 실질적인 개선 방안을 도출하는 데 중점을 뒀다.
군은 점검 결과 보완이 필요한 사항은 즉시 조치하고 지속적인 모니터링을 통해 안전 사각지대를 해소할 방침이다.
군 관계자는 “앞으로도 현장 중심의 점검을 강화해 위험 요인을 선제적으로 차단하고 모든 공사가 안전하게 추진될 수 있도록 관리에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
