이어 “형식적인 사과로 끝내지 말고 실질적인 배상과 재발 방지 대책이 마련돼야 한다”며 “주민 불안을 해소하기 위한 근본적인 조치가 필요하다”고 목소리를 높였다.
또 “국방부가 끝내 책임 있는 답변을 내놓지 않는다면, 주민들과 함께 생존권을 지키기 위한 행동에 나설 것”이라며 “아이들이 안전하게 자랄 수 있는 환경 조성에 행정 역량을 집중하겠다”고 밝혔다.
