(브레이크뉴스 인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 지난 18일 부평구청역에서 ‘전세사기 예방 및 부동산 거래질서 확립 캠페인’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
부평구에 따르면, 이번 캠페인은 전세사기 피해를 줄이고 안전한 부동산 거래문화를 확산하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 현장에서는 ‘안심계약 333법칙 체크리스트’ 리플릿을 배부하며 전세계약 단계별 유의사항을 안내했다.
부평구는 계약 전 시세조사, 등기부등본 및 건축물대장 확인, 전세보증금 반환보증 가입 가능 여부 점검을 당부했다.
계약 단계에서는 공인중개사 자격 여부, 임대인과 계약자 동일 여부, 표준임대차계약서 사용 여부 등을 확인해야 한다고 설명했다.
또 계약 이후에는 주택임대차 신고, 권리변동사항 확인, 확정일자 및 전입신고를 반드시 이행해야 한다고 강조했다.
부평구는 전세사기 예방 홍보와 함께 불법 중개행위 근절에도 힘을 쏟을 계획이다.
이를 통해 주민 재산권을 보호하고 신뢰할 수 있는 부동산 거래 환경을 조성한다는 방침이다.
