대전광역시교육청이 전국학교비정규직노동조합 대전지부의 이틀간(3월 26일~27일) 파업 예고에 따라, 일선 학교의 급식 및 돌봄 공백 등 학생과 학부모의 피해를 줄이기 위한 대응 체계 가동에 나선다.
이번 파업은 대전시교육청과 노조 간의 직종별 교섭 과정에서 불거졌다. 앞서 지난해 12월 총파업의 쟁점이었던 전국 시·도교육청 공동 집단 임금 교섭은 지난 2월 11일 극적으로 타결된 바 있다.
이에 따라 올해 교육공무직의 기본급, 급식비, 명절휴가비 등 임금 체계가 전년 대비 큰 폭으로 인상되었으나, 이번에는 지역 교육청 단위의 개별 직종 교섭을 둘러싸고 파업이 결정되었다.
