(재)대구테크노파크(원장 김한식, 이하 대구TP)는 대구시와 함께 추진한 2025년 ‘지역기업 성장사다리 지원사업’ 성과평가에서 S등급에 해당하는 ‘우수’ 등급을 획득했다고 밝혔다.
이번 평가는 사업 기획부터 수행, 성과 창출까지 전반적인 운영 체계를 종합적으로 점검하는 과정으로, 대구TP는 기업 맞춤형 지원 전략과 체계적인 성장 지원 프로그램을 통해 높은 평가를 받았다.
중소벤처기업부가 비수도권 14개 시·도를 대상으로 추진하는 ‘성장사다리 지원사업’은 기술력과 성장 잠재력을 갖춘 지역 중소기업을 발굴해 기술개발, 사업화, 판로 개척 등 전 주기에 걸쳐 단계별 맞춤형 지원을 제공하는 사업이다.
대구TP는 특히 기업 성장 단계에 따른 차별화된 지원 체계를 구축해 실질적인 매출 증가와 고용 창출로 이어지는 성과를 도출한 점에서 주목받았다.
대구시와 대구TP는 지난해 총 21억 4,300만 원을 투입해 56개 기업, 110개 과제를 지원했으며, 그 결과 ▲사업화 매출액 364억 원 ▲신규 고용 84명 ▲스케일업 기업 2곳 ▲대통령 표창 수상 기업 2곳 등 성과를 거뒀다.
또한 기업 간 협력 네트워크 강화와 외부 투자 유치, 시장 진출 기회 확대 등을 통해 지역 산업 생태계 활성화와 지속 가능한 성장 기반 마련에도 기여한 것으로 평가됐다.
김한식 원장은 “이번 ‘우수’ 등급 획득은 지역 중소기업과 함께 만들어낸 성과”라며 “앞으로도 기업 성장 단계에 맞춘 실효성 있는 지원을 통해 지역 경제 활성화와 산업 경쟁력 강화에 기여하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 대구TP는 향후 성장사다리 지원사업을 더욱 고도화해 지역 중소기업의 글로벌 경쟁력 확보와 혁신 성장을 지속 지원할 계획이다.

This evaluation is a process that comprehensively reviews the overall operational system, from project planning to execution and performance creation. Daegu TP received a high rating for its customized support strategies and systematic growth support programs.
The ‘Growth Ladder Support Project,’ promoted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups for 14 cities and provinces outside the capital region, is a program designed to identify local SMEs with technological capabilities and growth potential, providing customized support at each stage throughout their entire lifecycle, including technology development, commercialization, and market expansion. Daegu Techno Park (Daegu TP) garnered attention for establishing a differentiated support system tailored to each stage of corporate growth, which led to tangible results in increased sales and job creation.
Last year, Daegu City and Daegu TP invested a total of 2.143 billion won to support 56 companies and 110 projects. As a result, they achieved significant outcomes, including 36.4 billion won in commercialization revenue, 84 new jobs, two scale-up companies, and two companies receiving Presidential Commendations.
Furthermore, the park was recognized for contributing to the revitalization of the local industrial ecosystem and the establishment of a foundation for sustainable growth through strengthening inter-company cooperation networks, attracting external investment, and expanding market entry opportunities.
Director Kim Han-sik stated, "Achieving this 'Excellent' rating is an achievement created together with local SMEs," adding, "We will continue to contribute to revitalizing the local economy and strengthening industrial competitiveness through effective support tailored to each stage of corporate growth."
Meanwhile, Daegu TP plans to further enhance its Growth Ladder support program to continuously support local SMEs in securing global competitiveness and achieving innovative growth.
