유승광 더불어민주당 서천군수 예비후보가 6일 농어촌 기본소득과 생태 복원을 골자로 한 종합 정책 공약을 발표했다. 유 예비후보는 군민의 실질 소득 증대를 통한 지역 경제의 회복과 성장을 행정의 최우선 과제로 제시했다.
