(무안·순천=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전라남도가 지역 청년들의 기술창업 생태계를 활성화하기 위해 ‘전남형 청년창업사관학교’ 제2기 교육생을 모집한다.
전남형 청년창업사관학교는 지난해 전남도가 전국 광역자치단체 최초로 도입한 창업 지원 프로그램이다. 올해 진행되는 2기 모집에서는 인공지능(AI), 에너지, 우주항공, 바이오 등 전남의 미래를 책임질 지역특화 기술 분야 창업자들을 집중적으로 발굴·육성할 방침이다.
모집 대상은 18세부터 45세(1981년~2008년 출생자) 사이의 청년으로, 예비창업자 또는 창업 5년 이내 기업인(2021년 1월 1일 이후 창업)이다.
총 선발 규모는 150명(기업)이며, 분야별로는 ▲우주항공·바이오·AI·에너지 등 지역특화 기술 분야 100명 ▲농수산기술 30명 ▲문화·관광 20명을 각각 선발한다.
예비창업자의 경우, 전남 지역 내 16개 대학 및 출연기관 창업보육센터에 입주해야 하며, 1년 이내에 해당 시설로 사업자(법인) 주소지를 등록해야 한다.
최종 선발된 기업에는 파격적인 혜택이 주어진다. 우선 매월 100만 원씩 최대 2년간 총 2,400만 원의 사업화 자금이 지원된다.
이와 함께 창업 성공률을 높이기 위한 맞춤형 프로그램도 운영된다. 1대1 멘토링을 비롯해 경영, 회계, 법률, 투자유치 등 각 분야 전문가의 코칭이 제공된다. 또한 보육기관 내 공간을 활용해 ▲시제품 제작 ▲지식재산권(특허·상표·디자인) 인증 ▲비즈니스 모델(BM) 컨설팅 등 창업 전 과정을 체계적으로 지원받을 수 있다.
